Refund Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products and international shipping, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Eligible Refunds:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, a photo of the item, and the shipping label.

Refund Process:
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
